About the role :

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer (SDE-3) who will drive the development of high-quality, performant, and scalable web applications . This role goes beyond codingyoull set technical direction, mentor teammates, and influence the frontend architecture of our products. If you enjoy solving tough technical challenges while ensuring great user experiences, this role is for :

• Architect, design, and implement modern, scalable frontend systems .
• Convert UI / UX concepts into clean, efficient, and responsive code .
• Establish and uphold frontend coding guidelines, best practices, and reusable patterns .
• Partner with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless and impactful features .
• Lead peer reviews, technical discussions , and mentor junior / mid-level engineers.
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and security standards are met across platforms.
• Continuously evolve development tools, libraries, and workflows for better efficiency.
• Stay ahead with emerging technologies and bring innovative solutions into :
• 6-10 years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in frontend-heavy roles .
• Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js, Redux / Context API .
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS / Tailwind , and responsive UI design.
• Practical knowledge of frontend performance tuning, debugging, and automated testing (Jest, Cypress).
• Experience consuming REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets .
• Exposure to CI / CD pipelines, Git workflows, agile delivery methods .
• Strong grounding in data structures, algorithms, and software design principles .
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
