Manager - Information Systems & Security

The Role :

We are seeking a hands-on Manager Information Systems & Security to lead the design, management, and governance of our IT infrastructure and cybersecurity programs. Youll ensure availability, scalability, and security across platforms while driving compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, and other Responsibilities :

IT & Infrastructure Management :

• Oversee networks, servers, databases, cloud infra (AWS), and end-user support
• Monitor performance, plan upgrades, and ensure high & Compliance :
• Manage security architecture, patching, vulnerability assessments
• Conduct audits and maintain compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR
• Implement incident response and crisis management Governance & Risk :
• Develop IT policies, processes, and governance frameworks
• Conduct business impact and data privacy assessments
• Manage IT budgets, vendor evaluations, and capacity & Vendor Management :
• Lead an IT security & support team
• Define SLAs, evaluate service providers, and monitor Were Looking For :
• B.E. / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Diploma / BSc + exp considered)
• 12+ years in IT systems & security, including cloud infra (AWS)
• Certifications preferred : ITIL 4, ISO 27001, Agile / Lean IT, Network Security
• Strong expertise in Linux (Ubuntu), networking, data governance, cybersecurity tools
