Job description

Should come with 5+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Python, & RAG with development background using Java or C++

  • Deep Practical Knowledge on any object-oriented programming (inheritance, overriding, interface implementation )
  • Good implementation of design patterns (Singleton, Factory patterns, injector…)
  • Good Practical knowledge on Fast API, Azure.
  • Good Knowledge on AD Authentication, security framework
  • Good practical Knowledge on Entity Framework
  • Good Hands-on experience on Azure DevOps
  • Mathematics, statistics : probability theory, advanced statistics, optimization
  • Machine learning & deep learning :
  • Understanding model architectures
  • Bias, interpretability
  • Theoretical knowledge :
  • Bias, Variance, overfitting
  • Training / testing methodologies and regularization

Theory + ¨Practices

  • Model evaluation techniques :
  • Cross validation / hold out, key metrics : RMSE, AUC, F1-score
  • Bias, fairness detection in IA
  • Ability to customize theory to practice :
  • build our own metric depending on a good business comprehension and final objectives
  • Programming tool :
  • scikit-learn, PyTorch

    • Research Ability :

  • Curiosity to read and understand scientific papers, Medium and specialized forums
  • Ability to propose and test new methods
  • Ability to dig deeper

    • knowledge of agentic and RAG
