Job Title : BIM MEP Engineer

Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM MEP Engineer to join our team. As a BIM MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and to use the models to identify and resolve loopholes.

Responsibilities

  • Review consultant design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Create 3D models of MEP services and coordinate in Autodesk Navisworks platform
  • Develop Revit generic families and electrical designs
  • Prepare BOQ / quantity takeoff / installation drawings
  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and project requirements

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics
  • 6-10 years of experience in BIM MEP engineering
  • Strong technical skills in :
  • BIM software
  • Autocad 2D & 3D modeling
  • Revit MEP
  • Navisworks
  • Data management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
