Data Privacy Consultant

Responsibilities :

Work independently with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate data privacy & security requirements of our clients

Work closely with business and data stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, create a plan for delivering the artifacts & lead the team to create and deliver the artifacts as per the project requirements

Be the functional point of contact between development and client business teams and document specifications for requirements and oversee development and testing activities.

Work in collaboration with Data modeler / Data architect and provide required business / functional inputs that helps to embedded privacy by design

Designing and implementing data privacy & security programs for different clients.

Conduct tool evaluation exercise and deploying the tools and processes

Assist clients in privacy related activities (DPIA, data discovery, consent management, privacy request management, privacy breach detection and management, etc.)

Participate in the process documentation efforts and creation of SOPs

Work with multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate with business, subject matter experts and delivery teams to develop strategic business solutions.

Work on data privacy & security related RFPs, proactive pitches and developing collaterals to showcase capabilities. Document and communicate the proposed solution via creation of compelling business cases

Additional Responsibilities :

Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability

Good knowledge on software configuration management systems

Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends

Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available

Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions

One or two industry domain knowledge
