Job description3+ years of experience in AI / ML engineering, preferably in IT operations or DevOps environments. Strong programming skills in Python ; Proficiency with cloud platforms : AWS, Azure, or GCP. Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes. Familiarity with AIOps platforms such as Dynatrace . Experience with Agentic AI project planning and text embedding manipulation . Solid understanding of JavaScript UI frameworks : React, Angular. Demonstrable knowledge of debugging , problem-solving , and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Knowledge of ITSM / ITIL processes is a plus.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Ops Engineer with a strong foundation in AI / ML engineering and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AIOps platforms, cloud-native technologies, and advanced analytics to drive intelligent automation and operational efficiency across IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI / ML models for anomaly detection, incident prediction, and root cause analysis.
- Integrate AIOps solutions with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, and AppDynamics .
- Collaborate with SREs, DevOps, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and operational pain points.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to process logs, metrics, and events from diverse sources.
- Implement NLP techniques for log analysis and intelligent alert correlation.
- Apply time-series analysis, anomaly detection, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and retrain models to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations for actionable operational insights.
