Roles and Responsibilities

Design engaging and interactive business insights dashboards using Tableau

Should possess the knowledge and expertise experience on data visualization best practices

with a focus on enhancing user interaction and user experience

Hands on with tableau desktop dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting data

source management

Should possess knowledge on filters, parameters, actions, calculations, LOD complex

calculations etc. for preparing interactive dashboards and to publish them on tableau server

Knowledge on various graphs and charts for visualizations in tableau

Have good knowledge in Hadoop Bigdata ecosystem

Able to blend data to create powerful dashboards

Should be familiar with various descriptive and predictive analytical techniques that can be built

using tableau

Should be familiar with data types, structure and understand data warehouse architecture and

query techniques.

Provide technical support and guidance for any production outrages and issues

Perform quality assurance to assure data correctness

Must have excellent communication skills and confidence to work across functionally with

various teams and technical personnel to exchange ideas

Must have excellent documentation skills to maintain work flows and dashboard functionalities

Pro-active, Self driven and can manage time effectively with less supervision

Excellent analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
