Alcon - Director - Process Management

Role Summary :

• The Global Process Owner (GPO) for Master Data Domain is accountable for end-to-end design, governance and continuous improvement of a core business process & data across all regions and key enterprise systems publishing or consuming Customer data.
• The GPO defines global standards, data quality and compliance rules, drives harmonization and standardization across regions , functions and business units, ensuring alignment with Alcon's strategic objectives and operational excellence.
• While focusing on Customer Master Data domain the GPO will be closely liaising with Product, Material, Vendor Process Owners.

Full-time with up to 5 days work from office.

International travels applies (approx. 15-20% + ad hoc if required).
