Role Overview :

We are seeking a Sr. Scientific Executive / Asst. Manager – Scientific / Deputy Manager – Scientific to join our Medical Affairs team. This role involves driving medical initiatives, supporting product launches, providing scientific support, and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality medical information.

Key Responsibilities : Product Launch :

  • Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and prepare medical manuals and presentations.
  • Deliver impactful new product launch presentations to the marketing team and field force, including technical insights.

Query Resolution :

  • Address queries from field representatives and doctors, ensuring strong customer relationships.
  • Provide relevant scientific support to resolve complex queries effectively.

    • Scientific Support :

  • Stay updated with the latest scientific developments, therapy area guidelines, and landmark trials.
  • Provide technical support to marketing and sales teams, validating medical content for accuracy.
  • Prepare prescribing information and organize CME kits, including PowerPoint presentations and key references.

    • Training :

  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and refresher courses for medical representatives to disseminate medical knowledge effectively.

    • New Product Ideation :

  • Provide medical rationale for new product launches and suggest innovative dosage forms, indication expansions, and novel product ideas.

    • Publications :

  • Prepare and publish manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals, including original research and review articles.

    • Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Education : M.Pharm in Pharmacology is mandatory.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in a relevant role.
  • Skills :

    • o   Strong knowledge of medical and scientific concepts.

    o   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    o   Proficiency in preparing medical literature, presentations, and publications.

    o   Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain customer focus.
