Job description

Purpose of the Job :

The position is responsible for assisting the CBO in various analysis and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities :

Stay up to date with the industry regulatory updates

Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends

Improve overall cost efficiency of the organization and coordinate with Function Heads for driving cost rationalization activities

Periodically review of business and providing inputs

Initiate and drive key projects

Support President & CBO in strategic initiatives by performing rigorous analysis, interacting with key internal and external stakeholders and project coordination

Develop presentations for Senior Management

Role Specific Competencies :

Analytical bent of mind with a research inclination.

Should have excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). MS Office : Strong PPT and Excel skills.

High on energy, assertive and to be able to deal with multiple stakeholders.

Should be driven and mature enough to support senior level relationships.

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Qualification & Work Experience :

Top Preference -

Mutual Fund Industry / AMC Experience.

5-7 years of experience in Planning, Strategy, CEO Office / CFO Office / CBO Office roles.

CA / CFA or MBA from one of the premiere management institutes.
