We are looking for a Compliance Officer with strong knowledge of GIFT City (IFSC) regulations, SEZ norms, and IFSCA guidelines. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing regulatory and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, and GIFT City operational regulations.
Monitor regulatory changes and implement required updates.
Handle statutory filings, registers, and regulatory submissions.
Liaise with GIFT City authorities, IFSCA, auditors, and consultants.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and documentation.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and ensure timely corrective actions.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, and Legal teams for cross-functional adherence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
Strong understanding of GIFT City / IFSC regulations is a must.
Experience in BFSI, Fintech, Fund Management, Consulting, or Global Services is a plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
