Role Overview
The Global HubSpot Administrator will serve as the enterprise-wide owner of TRIARQ Health's HubSpot environments, supporting Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend's Member Program. This role ensures data integrity, compliance, governance, user enablement, and scalable architecture across all hubs. As HubSpot has evolved into core infrastructure for customer, member, and operational lifecycle management, this centralized position is critical to maintaining accuracy, stability, and long-term platform sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Governance
- Own and administer HubSpot instances spanning Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend Member Program operations.
- Define and enforce global governance (naming conventions, permissions, access controls, data models).
- Maintain clean architecture and controlled change management across all hubs.
- Evaluate HubSpot updates and betas; drive system-wide adoption and optimization.
Data Quality, Architecture & Compliance
- Ensure clean, standardized, and compliant data across contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and member records.
- Govern lifecycle stages for Sales, Marketing, Support, and Trend Member Program.
- Maintain HIPAA-adjacent compliance workflows and audit readiness in partnership with IT/Security.
Automation, Workflows & Integrations
- Build and maintain scalable automation across lead routing, lifecycle transitions, ticket workflows, and member program journeys.
- Oversee integrations with ERP/accounting systems, healthcare platforms, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
- Analyze downstream impacts to prevent disruptions to reporting or compliance.
User Onboarding, Training & Adoption
- Manage provisioning, permissions, and user lifecycle for all HubSpot users.
- Deliver role-based onboarding across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Member Program teams.
- Maintain SOPs, best-practice guides, and training resources to ensure consistent adoption.
Reporting & Executive Visibility
- Support dashboards and reporting for pipeline forecasting, attribution, SLAs, member lifecycle tracking, and executive KPIs.
- Ensure reporting remains historically accurate and aligned with governance standards.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of HubSpot administration across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
- Experience in multi-hub or multi-portal environments.
- Strong expertise in workflows, lifecycle strategy, data governance, and reporting.
- Background in regulated, compliance-sensitive environments.
- Experience collaborating across global teams and functions.
- Strong experience onboarding and training users across multiple departments.
Preferred
- Experience with member/subscription programs (Trend preferred).
- Healthcare or revenue cycle experience.
- ERP/accounting integrations
- Familiarity with API integrations, custom code workflows or data tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing Technology, or a related field
