Job descriptionDevelop and maintain APIs, microservices , and integrations with internal & third-party systems. Optimize data pipelines and backend performance for scalability. Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices. Work with databases ( MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB ) and caching layers ( Redis ). Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams for seamless deployments. Troubleshoot and debug production issues to improve reliability. 6 months – 1 year of hands-on backend development experience. Solid understanding of Python / Java or other backend languages. Experience with REST APIs, database schema design , and authentication . Familiarity with Git , Postman , and cloud environments (Hetzner, AWS, or GCP). A strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn fast. Experience with NGINX , Docker , or Cloudflare Workers . Interest in performance marketing or analytics platforms . Health Insurance. Learning-focused environment with mentorship from experienced developers. Exposure to real-world scaling challenges (traffic, performance, uptime). Flat hierarchy, flexible work culture, and true ownership of your projects.
