The Role

As a Community Curation Volunteer / Intern (or People Discovery Volunteer / Intern ), you’ll work closely with the EDZYY core team to help us discover stories, voices, and individuals who reflect empathy, perspective, and purpose.

This isn’t about evaluation — it’s about awareness.

You’ll support the team in recognizing people who embody understanding in an increasingly automated world.

What You’ll Do

Support the EDZYY team in reviewing applications and identifying stories of insight, strength, and empathy.

Help curate reflections and notes that capture what makes each applicant’s journey meaningful.

Participate in weekly reflection circles with the EDZYY core team.

Contribute ideas to help shape our first Circle of Northstars.

Be part of a deeply human initiative as it takes its first steps.

• Students or recent graduates in psychology, humanities, education, communication, or social work .
