Location : Celebration Gardens by Udman Hotels, NH8 – Delhi

We are gearing up to launch Celebration Garden by Udman Hotels , a landmark destination for luxury weddings and grand events on NH8. To lead this journey, we are looking for a seasoned F&B professional with strong expertise in banquets and large-scale operations .

What We’re Looking For :

A hospitality leader with 10–15 years of experience , including significant exposure to F&B and banquet operations .

Someone who has successfully worked in NH8 / Delhi in a similar leadership role .

A visionary who can blend operational excellence, guest experience, and brand positioning in the luxury event and hospitality space.

The Role :

As General Manager – Brand Operations , you will :

Drive overall operations, with a strong focus on F&B, banqueting, and events .

Lead high-performing teams, ensuring seamless luxury experiences for weddings and celebrations.

Manage P&L, SOPs, and cost optimization while upholding Udman Hotels & Resort by FNP's hospitality standards .

Collaborate with corporate branding and marketing to strengthen positioning in the luxury segment.
