[Urgent Search] Service Engineer

As we grow, we’re looking for a Service Engineer who is hands-on, sharp, and eager to be a part of something global and impactful.

What You’ll Do

• Install & Commission Equipment : Set up state-of-the-art Paltro systems and instruments at client sites across the globe.
• Customer Training : Guide users through hands-on training sessions post-installation, both on-site and remotely.
• Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve technical issues via email, phone, and online sessions.
• Factory Involvement : Participate in in-house production, internal testing, and qualification of systems to gain deep product knowledge.
• Global Travel : Be prepared for several weeks of travel at a time — both domestically and internationally — for installations and support.
• Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with engineering, production, and client teams to ensure world-class service delivery.

Requirements

Education : Diploma or Bachelor's in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields.

Experience : Minimum 3 years in a technical service / support role, preferably with international exposure (North America / Europe).

Technical Skills :

Proficient in reading and interpreting circuit diagrams.

Skilled in soldering and electronic / mechanical troubleshooting.

Comfortable with mechanical systems and instrument calibration.

Soft Skills :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer handling and training capabilities.

High flexibility with time zones and travel schedules.
