WSP is preparing for a surge of exciting projects across the rail, aviation, mission critical, defence, education, and health sectors - and we’re looking to connect with talented engineers ready to shape the future with us.

Currently, we’re working on transformative projects including the Logan to Gold Coast Faster Rail, the Perth Airport new terminal, several large defence projects, university expansions in Sydney and Perth, and major Olympic and rail projects in the pipeline.

We welcome Expressions of Interest from professionals from intermediate to Director level in the following disciplines :

Electrical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Fire Protection Engineering
Hydraulic Engineering

We are ideally seeking candidates with a consulting background who have a passion for exceptional design and a client- first mindset.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking professionals who :

Have proven experience in Building Services engineering

Hold full Australian working rights

Have a strong understanding of the Australian Building Codes

Bring consulting experience, ideally in a client-facing role

Thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments
