  • Sales Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives and targets
  • Lead Generation : Focus on sales, marketing, and business development to generate leads and drive growth
  • Competitor Tracking : Monitor and track competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
  • Profitability Management : Ensure the maintenance and increase of profitability by optimizing sales strategies
  • Pre-RFQ Alignment : Ensure pre-RFQ alignment with customers to streamline the quotation process
  • Sales Plan Preparation : Prepare comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Required Candidate Profile :

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in handling Automobile OEM customers
    • Strong business development, RFQ management, and budgeting skills
    • Experience in long-term planning and strategic sales management
    • MBA, BE, or B.Tech qualification required
    • Skills Required
