We MiNdLiNkS IT Consulting are looking for Any HR or Recruitment Domain experienced resources having 2-12 years of experience and willing work from home (WFH) in a reputed MNC in a permanent position and by Upskilling with SuccessFactors RCM (Recruitment Management Module). This is a WORKBENCH Hiring Program, where we train you and let you to work in our internal project, which is Task-Based and Role-Specific Program and we hire for our US, UAE and Australian MNC Clients under the 90 DAYS UPHIRING Program. We have continuous requirements on SuccessFactors RCM for Fresher and experienced resources. These are Permanent Positions and 100% of salary hike will be provided at minimum and joining bonus will be a plus. Monday to Friday and IST hours are preferred to work. Having minimum graduation and good communicational skills and team working spirit is added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

  • Participate in end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).
  • Configure the SuccessFactors RCM module according to client requirements.
  • Develop and document functional and technical specifications for system configuration.

Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering :

  • Collaborate with clients to understand recruiting requirements and translate them into system requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and system demonstrations.

    • Customization & Integration :

  • Customize workflows, job requisitions, and templates as per client needs.
  • Ensure integration of RCM with other SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central and third-party systems.

    • System Support & Troubleshooting :

  • Provide support during testing phases, resolve issues, and ensure smooth go-live.
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by clients and offer prompt resolutions.

    • User Training & Documentation :

  • Conduct training sessions for users on the functionality of RCM.
  • Develop user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.

    • Project Management :

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

    • Technical Skills :

  • Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) implementation and support.
  • Knowledge of related modules like Employee Central, Onboarding, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Ability to configure workflows, business rules, and templates in RCM.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to conduct workshops and deliver training sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM.
  • Experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors RCM.

    • Certifications (Optional) :

  • SAP SuccessFactors RCM certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with other HR systems.

    • Preferred Attributes :

  • Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
