Role & Responsibilities :
- Monitor and promptly escalate batch failures, ensuring swift resolution to minimize impact.
- Manage incident and service request tickets by escalating or resolving them as per defined procedures.
- Perform routine system housekeeping tasks including shutdowns and startups in compliance with SLAs.
- Conduct continuous infrastructure monitoring and incident management aligned with strict SLA requirements.
- Complete and maintain daily operational checklists and reports for audit and tracking purposes.
- (Senior Operations Analyst only) Coordinate workload distribution across shifts to meet SLA targets and provide SME-level support and guidance to team members.
Key Skills
Following Key Skills are required :
Proven experience in first-line computer operations support within the financial services domain, with strong knowledge of batch scheduling tools like Control-M and JP1.Hands-on expertise in Unix and Windows environments, along with AS400 or Mainframe system support.Proficient in incident / service management tools such as ServiceNow, with the ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to articulate clearly under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Adaptable and self-driven professional who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.Skills Required
