Role Description

We are looking for a senior business development professional with a strong track record in alliances, partnership acquisition, and enterprise sales within the insurance, fintech, or financial services ecosystem.

The incumbent will lead B2B partnership development across key verticals such as :

  • Tie-ups with wealth-techs, fintechs, and aggregators
  • Credit Life Insurance with NBFCs, Fintechs and Lending Platforms
  • Group Health Insurance with Corporates and Employers

This role requires a strategic networker with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders, negotiate partnership models, and close high-value alliances that drive CoverSure’s growth.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B business development, alliances, or partnership acquisition roles within insurance, fintech, financial services, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Understanding of insurance products and digital platform integrations.
  • Proven record of closing high-value partnerships with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in building alliances with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and large corporates is essential.
  • Strong networking and relationship management capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and outcome-oriented.
