Job Description for Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Operational

Candidate must be –Qualifications and Experience Levels :
- Bachelor of Mech / Elect. Engineering from reputed institute
- Experience – 10 to 15 Yrs experience from industry like Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics.
- Preferable– from JIPM TPM award-winning large-scale companies.
- Professional Certifications in TPM, LEAN and Operational excellence
- Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing lean and TPM initiatives.
Main Tasks :
Strategy Development : Being the part of Global team to develop and implement operationalexcellence strategies, TPM & LEAN and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Collaboration and coordination : Work with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecksand inefficiencies, proposing innovative solutions.
Training : Coordinate and execute training programs on operational excellence principles, leanprinciples, TPM practices, tools, and techniques.
Performance Monitoring : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track theprogress and impact of initiatives and report on the effectiveness of lean and TPM initiatives.
Documentation : Oversee the documentation and updating of processes to ensure compliance withbest practices and regulatory requirements.
Resource Management : Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure milestones are met.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities :
Collaboration and coordination : To work in harmony with colleagues / superior and facilitateteam spirit within the company. TPM coordination with all pillar heads for JIPM certification and
sustenance; Coordination with TPM and LEAN consultant(s).
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clearcommunication and collaboration.
Performance Monitoring : Track project progress and report status to stakeholders andmanagement.
Lean and them-based focused improvement projects : Outline project roadmaps, break downtasks, allocate resources, and establish timelines; Track project progress and report status to
stakeholders.
Training and Team formation : Identify training needs and coordinate trainings team memberson lean processes and TPM methodologies; Managing the overall infrastructure and various
training aids used for TPM and LEAN; Establish and guide teams within the organization.
Best Practices : Facilitate the deployment of best practices in project management and processoptimization.
Resource Management : Prepare and manage budgets, resources, and schedules to ensuremilestones are met.
