Work as a Garage Allocation Specialist, ensuring every booking is allocated to the best available garage and minimizing customer and garage cancellations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assign bookings to garages within our network, maintaining efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers regarding rescheduled bookings, resolving issues proactively.
- Regularly check with the garage network to understand their availability for supporting customer bookings.
- Provide advance updates to customers regarding their bookings.
- Flag any garage-related issues with our Account Management team.
Requirements :
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or operations in fast-paced environments.Proficiency in written and spoken English.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Meticulous attention to detail.Ability to thrive in dynamic environments with constant change, while being eager to learn about new tools and processes.
