Job Title : IT Recruiter – US Staffing
Experience : Minimum 4 Years (US Staffing only)
Location : Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Work Model : Hybrid – 3 Days Office & 2 Days Remote
Shift : EST / US Hours

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic IT Recruiter with strong expertise in US staffing. The ideal candidate is proactive, understands the urgency of client needs, and is hands-on with JobDiva. Strong command over W2 hiring is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients – sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, and closing
- Work extensively on JobDiva ATS for candidate management and job submissions
- Identify top IT talent through job portals, databases, social networks, and referrals
- Strong understanding of US employment types (W2 Mandatory, 1099, C2C, Corp-to-Corp)
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for long-term engagement
- Ensure timely delivery aligned with client expectations and SLA targets
- Work closely with the Account Management team to convert priority requirements
