This is a founding team role within a newly established ERP & warehouse technology hub in Bangalore for a leading digital commerce and Super App organization. The NetSuite Engineer will play a key role in customizing and optimizing NetSuite WMS to support high-volume, multi-location warehouse operations , while contributing to broader ERP initiatives spanning multiple business verticals such as e-commerce, quick commerce, pharmacy, beauty, and healthcare.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position offering the opportunity to influence architecture decisions, scale complex systems, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Customize and extend NetSuite WMS workflows to support multi-location and large-scale warehouse operations.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.x scripts (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map / Reduce).
• Build Suitelets, RESTlets, workflows, saved searches, and warehouse KPI dashboards .
• Integrate NetSuite with 3PLs, shipping APIs, TMS, and RF scanning tools .
• Troubleshoot fulfillment and inventory-related issues , ensuring operational stability and scalability.
• Lead technical decision-making for WMS architecture and best practices.
• Mentor junior NetSuite developers and administrators .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and warehouse operations.
• Support ERP expansion projects across new service lines such as Quick Commerce, Health, and Beauty.
