Job Description : Assistant Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue and occupancy targets
  • Generate leads through IPCs, brokers, local networks, referrals, and online platforms
  • Manage the full sales cycle — tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, broker partners, and local business communities
  • Ensure the new centre is always tour-ready, coordinating with Operations for daily upkeep, readiness, and seamless onboarding
  • Support basic centre responsibilities such as addressing member queries, coordinating meeting room bookings, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day member experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipelines, forecasts, and weekly reports
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the Bangalore ecosystem
  • Assist in organising community interactions or networking sessions to help build the centre’s culture and member engagement

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 4 - 6 years of sales experience, preferably in the co-working industry
  • Strong communication skills with Kannada proficiency – mandatory
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle basic centre coordination independently
  • Location : Koramangala, Bangalore
