Role Description

This is a retainer (on contract), on / off-site role for an IT Consultant- System Management based in Delhi, India. The IT Consultant will be responsible for offering technical support, analyzing system requirements, and consulting on IT solutions and strategy. Tasks include managing information technology systems, conducting IT assessments, providing recommendations for improving system performance, and addressing technical challenges. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure the organization's technology infrastructure aligns with its operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Consulting, Information Technology, and Consulting
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess system requirements and troubleshoot technical issues
• Experience in delivering Technical Support to management and end-users
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Relevant certifications in IT-related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in system management for legal or professional services organizations is a plus
• Prior experience in working with lawyers / law firms is preferred.
