Job Summary :
We are looking for a Merchandiser to support sales planning, inventory management, and product performance tracking. The role involves close coordination with buying, demand planning, and supply chain teams to ensure the right product mix, accurate forecasting, and optimal stock availability across stores and categories.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning and executing merchandise strategies based on sales trends, historical data, and seasonal requirements.
- Analyse store and category-level performance to support assortment planning, replenishment, and stock allocation decisions.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and ageing inventory.
- Collaborate with the buying and supply chain teams to align merchandise plans with business objectives and sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain regular merchandise performance and sell-through reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify slow-moving or ageing stock and assist in planning promotional or clearance strategies.
- Track forecast accuracy, review variances, and support process improvements for better inventory efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
