Job Description

• 15+ years of experience in the  Property & Casualty Insurance domain  with strong understanding of underwriting, policy administration, billing, claims, and reinsurance.
• Proven track record in  leading domain initiatives  and driving value for large insurance clients.
• Experience in working with or implementing major P&C platforms such as  Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco , or proprietary systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance frameworks like  ISO, ACORD, NAIC .
• Strong understanding of  insurance lifecycle, regulatory requirements , and digital transformation trends.
• Excellent  communication and stakeholder management  skills – ability to interact with C-level executives.
• Experience in  Agile delivery models  and working in global delivery environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (MBA or CPCU / LOMA certifications are a plus).
