Production and Outbound Quality Engineer

This role is for a Production and Outbound Quality Engineer at an Electric Vehicle (EV) Charger Manufacturing Company . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all finished products, including power electronic products, meet strict quality standards before being dispatched to customers. This role involves comprehensive inspection, testing, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.

Position Overview

As a Production & Outbound Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in the final stage of the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will extend beyond simple quality checks to include verifying correct packaging, accurate invoicing, and ensuring the right serial numbers are dispatched. You will be a key player in ensuring product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Checks : Perform quality checks on all finished goods, including visual inspections, functional testing, and documentation reviews.
• Non-Conformity Management : Identify and report non-conformities, and coordinate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
• Documentation & Reporting : Prepare and maintain detailed inspection records, test reports, and certificates of conformity.
• Process Improvement : Assist in root cause analysis and the implementation of preventive measures for recurring issues. Provide feedback to production and quality teams for continuous improvement.
• Compliance & Audits : Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety, and environmental policies. Support internal and external audits related to production and outbound quality.
• Logistics & Dispatch : Inspect outbound shipments to ensure only conforming products are dispatched. Verify that packaging is correct and that the right serial numbers are linked to the correct invoices.
