Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced English Document Expert with advanced expertise in language, writing, and prompt engineering. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in English (MA or PhD preferred), exceptional command of written communication, and hands-on experience in applying linguistic skills to AI-driven document workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Review, edit, and refine complex English documents for clarity, consistency, and precision.
Develop and optimize prompts for AI-based content generation, summarization, and editing tasks.
Collaborate with AI developers and content teams to ensure linguistic accuracy and contextual relevance.
Create and maintain editorial guidelines for AI-generated text outputs.
Conduct linguistic analysis and enhance content strategies based on AI model performance.
Manage and prioritize multiple documentation and prompt-engineering projects efficiently.

Qualifications

MA or PhD in English, Linguistics, or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in editing, content writing, or AI language modeling.

Strong understanding of prompt design and natural language processing concepts.

Excellent command of written and verbal English.

Proven ability to adapt writing style to diverse formats (academic, technical, creative, etc.).

Familiarity with generative AI tools and large language models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

Research experience in applied or computational linguistics.

Proficiency with AI-assisted writing and editing platforms.

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
