Business Development Professional – Recruitment Services

Remote Role | Immediate Start

Your mission : open new doors, build trust, and bring in clients who value results.

At UpMan Placements, you’ll focus on :

1. Identifying and approaching potential clients through market visits, networking, and references

2. Generating qualified leads and converting them into long-term accounts

3. Working across diverse sectors : Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing

4. Passing onboarded clients to our Key Account Managers for seamless service delivery

What you bring :

  • Proven experience in field sales or B2B business development (recruitment industry experience a plus)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • The drive to succeed in a competitive environment
