Lead Full Stack Engineer (.NET, React, Azure)

Position : .NET Full Stack Developer

Experience : 10+ Years

Location : Remote—India

Shift Timing : Flexible between 11 AM and 11 PM IST

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to design and deliver scalable enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in React (7+ years) , C# , .NET Core , Blazor , Azure , and Microservices .

This role requires an independent problem solver capable of delivering robust solutions in a remote environment, collaborating across time zones, and driving architecture, coding, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop full-stack applications using React, .NET Core, and Azure services.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with secure and scalable APIs.
• Develop front-end UIs in React and reusable components for dynamic enterprise applications.
• Use Blazor for interactive web UIs built with C#.
• Build and manage Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, etc.).
• Write clean, unit-tested, and optimized code following SOLID principles.
• Integrate REST APIs and handle complex data structures efficiently.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across front-end and back-end layers.
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI / CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
• Participate in architecture reviews, peer code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

Must-Have Skills :

✅ 10+ years of overall software development experience

✅ 7+ years of React.js development (mandatory, hands-on)

✅ Strong in C#, .NET Core, Blazor , and OOP principles

✅ Solid experience with Azure Cloud (App Services, Functions, API Management, etc.)

✅ Expertise in Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

✅ Proficient in Unit Testing frameworks (NUnit / xUnit / Jest)

✅ Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
