Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant, PM- Operational Excellence.
In this role, you’ll will be responsible for end-to-end program management.
Responsibilities
- Project governance & delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with business stakeholder goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and budgets (where relevant) ensuring on-time delivery.
- Track progress using team Kanban board(s), adjusting plans as needed.
- Cross-functional coordination :
- Own project execution, ensuring alignment and orchestration between process mining architects / engineers, IT, and business teams
- Process mining architects / engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements and proper data extraction, transformation, and pipeline setup
- Technology & IT teams for system integrations, security, and compliance
- Business SPOC to ensure any requirements are clearly documented
- Stakeholder & risk management
- Engage with process SPOC and SMEs’ to align on priorities.
- Identify risks (e.g., data quality issues, regulatory constraints) and escalate / resolve them proactively.
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations (GDPR, BCBS 239, SOX) in process mining projects.
- Reporting & documentation
- Provide updates on project status, ROI, and process improvement opportunities.
- Maintain clear documentation (e.g. project charters, RAID logs).
