About the Role :
We are looking for Customer Care Executives to join our healthcare company . Your main job will be to talk to customers on calls help them with their questions and update their details in the system. This is an office job and a good opportunity for freshers to start their career in the healthcare field.
We are looking for 4 people :
CRM Telugu Language 1 position
CRM Bengali Language 1 position
CRM Kannada Language 1 position
CRM Hindi & English 1 position
What You Will Do :
Talk to customers politely in their language and help them with their queries.
Give correct information about healthcare products or services.
Update customer details and call notes in the computer.
Follow up with customers when needed.
Work with the team to solve customer issues.
Keep a positive and helpful attitude in all calls.
Who Can Apply :
or pharmacy-related experience mandatory
Fresher or up to 6 months experience.
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Should be polite patient and willing to learn.
