Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly talented and tech-savvy Project Manager to handle all our e-commerce website projects. The ideal candidate is not only excellent at managing timelines, resources, and teams but is also an experienced developer in PHP (Laravel) with strong knowledge of modern technology stacks. This role requires a mix of project management, leadership, and hands-on technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple e-commerce projects from start to finish.
  • Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Work hands-on with PHP Laravel to build, maintain, and enhance e-commerce features.
  • Stay up to date with latest technology stacks (e.g., Laravel, React / Vue, Node.js, REST / GraphQL APIs, cloud hosting, CI / CD).
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO / marketing teams, and vendors.
  • Manage sprints, track tasks, and ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Identify and resolve project risks, technical bottlenecks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure websites follow best practices in performance, SEO, scalability, and security.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on project progress and challenges.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce / software / web projects.
  • Strong hands-on development experience in PHP (Laravel).
  • Solid knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and REST / GraphQL APIs.
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Docker, CI / CD, cloud hosting like AWS / DigitalOcean).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Understanding of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Previous experience scaling e-commerce systems to handle high traffic.
