About the Role

We are hiring a  Creative Manager (Multimedia Production)  to lead creative direction and oversee the entire production pipeline across  3D, motion graphics, animation, and video . The ideal candidate brings strong artistic judgment, team leadership, and hands-on production experience to drive high-quality visual output.

Key responsibilities but not limited to :

1. Build and manage full pipelines for  3D, motion graphics, animation & video production .

2. Conduct daily reviews, QC, and ensure visual consistency across deliverables.

3. Lead and mentor  3D artists, motion designers, animators, editors, and creative teams.

4. Proficiency in major tools :   Blender / Maya / C4D , After Effects, Adobe Suite

5. Work closely with Project Managers & Tech leads for efficient project flow.

6. Present concepts, look-dev, and progress milestones to clients and ensure final output aligns with brand, client expectations, and creative standards.

7. Handle feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity.

Salary : ₹60K–₹85K per month (depending on experience & portfolio)
