Position Overview — Account Manager & Technical Program Manager (TPM)

• The Account Manager & Technical Program Manager (TPM) is a mission-critical leadership role responsible for driving some of our most complex, high-visibility, and high-impact programs. You will serve as the strategic bridge between customers, engineering teams, and senior leadership—ensuring flawless execution, predictable delivery, and exceptional customer success.
• In this role, you will own end-to-end program delivery : shaping technical direction, orchestrating cross-functional execution, resolving ambiguities, mitigating risks, and ensuring that programs meet quality, timelines, and business outcomes. This is a hands-on technical and leadership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, engineering-led environments.
