Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Engineering - Aurangabad

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of machining processes on VMC & HMC machines and assembly processes.
• Study and analyze component / assembly drawings, 3D models, and GD&T from R&D / Suppliers, and prepare conceptual fixture / tool layouts for machining and assembly.
• Prepare and release TS documents such as SOP, Control Plan, Process Flow Chart, and PFMEA.
• Conceptual design of position gauges for assembly / machining using AutoCAD / Pro-E.
• Prepare and release semi-finished drawings of 5C components as per requirements / strategy.
• Prepare shop / cell layouts for improvement projects (capacity expansion, reduced material handling, fatigue reduction, and improved ergonomics).
