Join us as a Senior DevOps Engineer for a fintech product company building a cloud-native core banking and payments SaaS platform for the European market. In this high-impact role, you will own the strategic design and implementation of our DevOps ecosystem , ensuring our platform is scalable, reliable, secure, and built for speed. With deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI / CD , you’ll lead by example, mentor engineers, and shape our engineering culture. You’ll develop enterprise-grade DevOps solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, enabling seamless delivery of a platform that handles sensitive financial transactions under strict regulatory standards.

What You Will Do :

• Design and implement DevOps solutions including CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and logging.
• Architect scalable and secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to support development and production workloads.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline software delivery and improve system reliability.
• Define and enforce DevOps best practices, standards, and governance across teams.
• Lead automation initiatives for build, test, deployment, and configuration management.
• Evaluate and integrate tools for source control, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across environments.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and contribute to team growth and capability building.
