- Guide, mentor, and support team members in their day-to-day activities.
- Build and sustain a strong and motivated team with effective skill sets and high retention (90%+).
- Develop and enhance order processing systems (STEM system) with continuous improvements.
- Drive productivity by improving order processing speed and accuracy.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle escalations effectively and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and communication guidelines.
- Monitor team activities and performance to align with organizational goals.
- Collect payments on time from dealers and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist the Manager in planning, organizing, and implementing strategies.
- Coordinate daily operations including sales processes, order tracking, and payments.
- Evaluate team performance and identify training or hiring needs.
- Manage and maintain regular reports and performance metrics.
Requirements
Proven experience in team coordination or customer service operations.Strong leadership and team-building skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Must be fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi.Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Knowledge of order processing systems (like STEM) is a plus.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Skills Required
