What You’ll Do

Be the design boss —own the product experience from pixels to processes.

Wave the UX flag high and make every interaction feel chef’s kiss.

Understand tech layers (because design without tech = vibes without beats).

Co-create with a squad of talented humans across Product, Tech & beyond.

Set the tone for new product initiatives while vibing with our design system.

Push boundaries, raise standards, and make “good design” look basic.

Design with data, not just gut feelings.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of rocking Product & UX design (show us that killer portfolio).

Communication skills that make stakeholders say, “Wow, I get it now.”

Passion for building for India while playing on a global stage.

Trend-savvy, research-driven, and obsessed with making better decisions.

Experience in design systems (consistency is sexy).

Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or Info Design from a legit place.
