Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and exposure to other Microsoft Dynamics ERP / CRM solutions . The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of business processes and hands-on technical skills in MS SQL Server , .NET , and Microsoft technologies for UI and integration development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules as needed.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server , .NET , and Microsoft UI technologies .
  • Support modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.
  • Work with tools like Modifier , Dexterity , Integration Manager , eConnect , and SmartList Builder .
  • Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users to ensure optimal system usage.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).
  • Working knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).
  • Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in .NET Framework , C# , VB.NET , and ASP.NET .
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies like Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
