Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Analog Design Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs in analog and mixed-signal circuit design . The trainer will be responsible for designing training modules, conducting workshops, mentoring engineers, and equipping participants with the technical and practical skills required in the semiconductor / VLSI industry
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver training content, labs, and workshops on analog circuit design and related topics.
- Train engineers on fundamentals of CMOS circuits, amplifiers, ADC / DAC, PLLs, data converters, and power management circuits .
- Provide hands-on training using industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE).
- Mentor trainees through projects, case studies, and simulation-based exercises .
- Assess learner performance through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions .
- Stay updated with the latest analog / mixed-signal design methodologies and semiconductor technologies .
- Collaborate with the L&D / HR team to tailor training programs based on organizational needs.
Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design .Proficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, etc.).In-depth knowledge of device physics, CMOS design, noise analysis, layout considerations, and post-layout simulations .Skills Required
