Job Title : Remote Sales Closer – MSM (MindShift Media)

Employment Type : Commission-Based (Work from Home)

Compensation : 10% Commission on Each Sale (No Cap – Earn What You Close)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a passionate, persuasive, and performance-focused Closer who’s ready to take high-intent leads from Meta ads and convert them into happy clients. You’ll be handling inbound leads, conducting discovery and sales calls, and closing high-ticket content marketing and SMM packages.

What You’ll Do

• Handle warm leads generated from Meta ads (already interested prospects)
• Qualify leads and conduct consultative sales calls via Zoom / phone
• Pitch and close MSM services (packages ranging from 20000–50000 / mo)
• Follow up with leads and keep the CRM updated
• Maintain a high close rate and earn commission on each sale closed
