Job Description

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Dialysis Technicians to join renowned hospitals and dialysis centers in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining dialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis equipment and ensure proper sterilization before each session.
• Assess patients' physical and emotional readiness before initiating dialysis.
• Connect and disconnect patients to hemodialysis machines following medical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust machine settings as per patient condition.
• Document treatment details, machine readings, and patient responses accurately.
• Maintain dialysis machines and report any malfunction immediately.
• Assist in managing supplies and inventory related to dialysis procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on post-dialysis care and dietary guidelines.
• Coordinate closely with nephrologists and nursing staff for smooth treatment delivery.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards at all times.
