Company Description

Qdeck English Academy is a newly launched educational initiative under the Qdeck brand, with a vision to empower students with strong English communication skills and confidence for life. Though we are a new institute, Qdeck is founded on clear values — discipline, quality, and trust. Our focus is not on chasing numbers, but on building a student-first learning environment where young learners (Classes 7–10) can master Grammar, Written English, Spoken English, and Public Speaking.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lakhisarai for an English Teacher.

You will :

  • Create and deliver lesson plans for Classes 7–10.
  • Teach English grammar, writing, and spoken communication.
  • Conduct public speaking and personality development sessions.
  • Assess student progress and adapt lessons for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the Qdeck team to develop high-quality educational programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong command over spoken and written English.
  • Skills in teaching school-level English (Classes 7–10).
  • Experience in lesson planning and classroom management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous teaching experience preferred (school or coaching).
  • Training / certification in spoken English or communication skills is a plus.
  • Most importantly, a willingness to learn, contribute, and grow together with Qdeck.
