We are looking for two energetic Sales Engineers with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a passion for industrial capital goods sales . The role involves field-based responsibilities, client engagement, and driving revenue growth through the sale of metal cutting tools and mechanical industrial equipment .
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell mechanical industrial capital goods and metal cutting tools .
- Generate leads, identify prospects, and close sales opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet customers and prospects.
- Provide regular sales reports, updates, and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Candidate Profile
Qualification : BE in Mechanical Engineering.Experience : 1–2 years in sales of capital goods or metal cutting tools .Locations : One position in Faridabad , one position in Pune .Familiarity with the local market and customer base .Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.Must own and use a 2-wheeler for field travel.Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience in selling CNC Machine Tools .Knowledge of CNC lathes and their applications .Training & Onboarding
Orientation and product training at the factory in Bengaluru (15–30 days).PG accommodation provided during training.Skills
