Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic MBA Graduate to join our team as an Executive. This unique role offers a dual exposure with added marketing responsibilities :

Experience : 0-2 years

1. Business Analyst (40%)

Collaborate with Product & Technology teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
Assist in preparing functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.
Support the design and implementation of software modules and business processes.

2. Business Development (40%)

Conduct market research to identify prospects for Business Product.

Support client presentations, solution pitches, and proposals.

Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and align with Packfora’s offerings.

Prepare business decks, demos, and proposals with senior guidance.

3. Marketing (20%)

Assist in creating marketing collaterals, product brochures, and case studies.

Contribute to digital campaigns, social media content, and email outreach for lead generation.

Track competitor activities and share insights for positioning the product effectively.

Work with the marketing team to build thought-leadership content, success stories, and client testimonials
