Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate – IT & Admin to oversee day-to-day IT operations and administrative functions. The role will ensure smooth technology support, vendor coordination, compliance, and facility management, contributing to efficient business operations and employee experience.

How you will make an impact :

IT Operations

• Provide L1 / L2 support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Ensure data security, backups, and access control across systems.
• Liaise with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and service escalations.
• Monitor IT assets inventory, license renewals, and compliance with IT policies.
• Support new employee IT onboarding (email setup, access rights, hardware allocation).
